From 28 July – 3 August the SMSF Association (formerly known as SPAA) will hold its annual conferences across the states. FIIG will have representatives and an exhibition booth at the events
The SMSF Association is recognised as the peak industry body in the self-managed super fund (SMSF) industry in Australia. Its aim is to enhance the professionalism and collaboration of professionals working in the SMSF space. The association also aims to raise and maintain the standards of advice for trustees and members of SMSFs.
The conference series will include speakers that are experts in the SMSF field and is suitable for professionals such as, financial advisers and accountants.
The 11th annual conference boasts a challenging program, with some of the industry's most respected and knowledgeable speakers delivering seven highly technical sessions designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of SMSF professionals and arm practitioners with the best and latest information.
Earn CPD points – visit FIIG’s booth
Conference attendees can earn up to 10 SMSF Association CPD points from the conference. To be awarded these points attendees just need to complete an online CPD evaluation form. FIIG also offer delegates the opportunity to earn CPD points at the events. If you register your details at our booth we can offer you access to educational webinars and corresponding quizzes that if successful, will earn you CPD points.

Conference speaker - Graeme Colley
Notably, Graeme Colley, the Director Technical and Professional Standards at the SMSF Association will be speaking at the conferences and has also agreed to be our next presenter in the Expert Series Webinars. Graeme will present the webinar entitled, Expert Series Webinar – SMSF Super Review
alongside Liz Moran as the host.
The webinar will be held on 29 Wednesday at 2pm AEST, register today.
